After a previous successful installation of an afterburner (RTO) at Berry Global in Hardenberg, CERVITECH BV and RELOX GMBH have now also successfully completed the project at the Berry factory in Worcester. The system is fully operational and approved by the customer. This project delivers significant benefits in energy efficiency and production performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The RTO project at Berry Global in Worcester involved three main components:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CERVITECH BV took on the complete project management, both from the Netherlands and on site in England. By working closely with Berry Global, we ensured that the project was delivered on time and met all the specifications and requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
An important milestone was the successful coupling of seven flex units to the new afterburner. This adjustment resulted in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, bypass valves and piping were optimized, improving the performance of both the flexo presses and the RTO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
