In the role of work planner home connections, you plan and organize the projects for the home connections. From start to finish, you are involved in your projects. It is a versatile function, in which on the one hand you are the point of contact for questions from the fitters, clients and possibly residents and on the other hand and together with the executors ensure that the work is of high quality.

You have frequent contact with clients, residents, suppliers and colleagues regarding the planning and progress of the projects. In your communication you are clear and distinct with respect for the other. You also order the materials and arrange the financial settlement of the projects together with the executor.
And perhaps one of the most important tasks… you ensure that clients are and remain satisfied. With your proactive attitude you know how to anticipate this in time.
Do you see the connection between infrastructure technology companies?
We are looking for an inquisitive enterprising colleague, who has an affinity with technology and IT and has completed an education at MBO level. Supplemented with experience with drawing programs such as AutoCAD or Microstation.
Experience in our field is desired, such as familiarity with Cai, Glass and Copper telecommunications networks. In addition, we would like it if you have knowledge of the construction process and possibly of regulations and guidelines for the engineering of adjustments and innovations to telecommunications infrastructure.
Your skills, such as good problem-solving skills, your structured way of working and your analytical skills contribute to better and reliable connectivity. You not only focus on quality, but also on timely delivery of assignments.
Your duties include:
- Process monitoring;
- Making plans and managing these plans;
- Communicating with the spectator, contractor(s) and client(s)
- Carry out soil checks if necessary
- Registering and deregistering activities with government agencies;
- Making work orders for mechanics and subcontractors in our digital system
- Creating statements of account for our client(s);
- Delivering documents to client(s);
- Monitoring the processing of the statements of account.
