As a work planner you contribute to the success of large or small projects. Partly because of your talent to keep an overview, to coordinate and to work systematically. It is your priority that things are well organized for the executive colleagues and that the mechanics know exactly what to do.
The function
You check the relevant assignments for completeness and correctness and ensure that the assignments are received on time. If not? Then don't hesitate to contact the client.
In addition, you carry out the technical work preparation for clients who have transferred this work. You make a working drawing, determine cable and/or pipe diameters and fill the digital system in such a way that the technician can perform his work correctly.
During the project you monitor the progress and you have close contact with the implementation. In case of deviations that are established during the work (in the field), you ensure that this is recorded administratively. More work? You ensure that this can be submitted to the client.
