René is an engineer / planner and likes beautiful complex research projects in his work, this in the various disciplines of the underground infrastructure. Coordinating and planning the projects is also part of his work.
In order to carry out these activities properly, Rene works together with the various layers within the organization, from project leaders and implementers to field workers and mechanics.
Getting the best out of a new project and not overlooking anything is what René is made for. He finds this challenging and stimulating, and is something that gives him great satisfaction.
In his spare time, René likes to travel, from day trips at weekends to long journeys of several weeks overseas.

Kastelen bezoeken op een nieuwe locaties samen met zijn vriendin is een grote passie.
Het lezen van een biografie en autobiografie boeken is een tweede grote en ontspannende passie van René.
Op sportgebied houdt René als geboren en getogen Fries van schaatsen in de winter, het liefst op natuurijs. Naast het schaatsen heeft René lang op semi professionele wijze gevolleybald!
