It is not surprising that Ilse has an approach mentality. As a child, she could often be found in her parents' bustling catering business. She was spoon-fed with taking things through, as well as hospitality. She takes this into account in her work in the administration department. In which she arranges everything from A to Z. So she doesn't sit down with the suits. Her motto is: everything must be right, accurate to the decimal point. That's what she's going for.
After more than 25 years, Ilse knows the company like no other. She grew up there and made everything her own. The secret she's been working there for so long? The good connection with colleagues and managers. This is partly due to her own sympathetic character. She offers a listening ear with love, is communicative very strong and knows how to enthuse people.
This is reflected not only in the work field, but also in private. And in her volleyball team she is a real team player.
