Orientation internship Cervitech

This week is personally dedicated to guiding an intern during
his
his internship week in the 3rd year of Mavo at Wolfsbos.
Positively surprised! The energy that such a young student brings to all colleagues within Cervitech and Cerviselect is amazing. This week started with
all components within our company were discussed with him. We went over our internal and external organizational structure, the roles our colleagues hold, and the studies we have pursued to carry out
our daily tasks.

If, as a 14-year-old young man, you're not quite sure where your passion lies, you should explore, and sometimes the reverse direction works very well too
So, cross out the fields that don't appeal to you! That process of elimination gave David a lot of insight!

The following days, and also tomorrow, we have visited a lot of beautiful projects
colleagues and customers
and we asked a lot of questions. David and I have been to
Andries Kramer and Theo Dalstra to place a new afterburner
using an impressive 700-ton telescope crane. After that we
looked at projects together and how they used smart solutions to save gas
and significantly reduce the emission output at a
large flexible packaging printing facility.
Colleague Frans Jan Wouters visited a fascinating infrastructure project in Franeker, where the infrastructure for Ziggo and KPN was being
installed.

This afternoon, we received an explanation together from Ron Timmermans about real estate
development! A wonderful story about how you develop real estate and
all the aspects involved.

omorrow, unfortunately, is our last day together where we will be visiting our
colleague Hans Nentjes. Hans will tell us everything about the role of a
Project Manager at the wonderful contractor Siers Groep B.V. in Oldenzaal.
Finally, we'll also drop by Gert-Jan Bergman for the latest
developments in his field, and not to forget, we'll be delivering the
last Sinterklaas gifts tomorrow.

It's wonderful to see that we have once again managed to enthuse a young student
for technology! This way, we are contributing to the training of our new
colleague of the future! Because we and our fellow companies
truly need these future talents!
