Cervitech has acquired another great project, this time at Tecned in Balk. Tecned specializes in developing switch cabinets for sustainable applications. Tecned recently expressed the desire to guide two young employees in their career development. These employees are being trained with the goal of eventually becoming operational manager and head of assembly.
This training offers benefits not only for their career, but also for their personal development. They will gain new skills within their field of work and receive personal guidance. Cervitech uses methodologies such as LEAN and 5S.
Cervitech also plays a crucial role in this project by improving the efficiency of operations. This includes the redesign of the factory and warehouse to achieve an optimal workflow.
The goal of this project is to create an efficient production environment on the one hand, and to guide the employees to their desired role on the other. The project will last 1 to 2 years, during which the employees will receive weekly guidance. This project falls under technisch management.
