Telecommunication in combination with a guiding coaching role is perfect for Hans. In 2007 Hans and Erwin got to know each other at VolkerWessels Telecom Infratechniek, as MT member Hans as Manager Engineering and Erwin as Operational Account Manager of the Customer Team.
Hans' motivation is to achieve goals proactively and with passion in a positive and energetic way. Challenging and motivating colleagues on a daily basis to achieve great results together is his greatest pleasure and a new motivation to achieve.
As a colleague at Cervitech, Hans makes a major contribution to coaching colleagues, both internally and externally at our clients. His core qualities are enormous positivity, he is very analytical and can switch quickly. Hans also thinks in terms of processes and solutions, makes decisions and has a hans-on mentality.
Hans likes to make the necessary kilometers on his racing bike in his spare time, which means that Hans is in top shape. In addition to cycling, he has spent years making music in orchestras where he plays the flute. Hans also accompanies choirs and other companies during performances and church services.
As a proud father and grandfather, Hans is also a great family man. Nothing better than spending a summer day with one of the grandchildren or spending a day with the whole family.
