In our view, you can only successfully manage a project with sound substantive knowledge in the field. Cervitech offers this knowledge to a large extent. Cervitech's colleagues have the right knowledge and skills to successfully complete each project. From experience, we often see that projects at customers are often managed by people from the company, people who are busy with the maintenance of production machines every week, for example, or are responsible somewhere else in the factory. The new project then has to be done on the side. There is often a lack of time, sufficient knowledge, insufficient decision-making powers, etc.

Cervitech offers structure in these types of new construction and renovation projects with our own colleagues, we often do this in consultation with, for example, your Technical Service, but we ensure that the factory can continue to operate with your professionals and that we bring that extra capacity and know-how in, for example, integrating a new printing press, a new heat exchanger system or Afterburner. In this way, we join forces with you for a successful project, but also that your production process continues in the meantime.
